We are a successful laser technology company, which develops, manufactures and sells innovative precision-mechanical, electronic, optical systems for material processing with laser machines. To strengthen our teams in Seoul, Korea we are looking for a

Sales engineer (male or female)

to support our customers inside and outside Korea. You will consult customers in the benefits of our technically pretentious B2B products and will develop and propose solutions according to specific customer requests, to quote those solution packages and to conduct test runs at customer's site. You would be responsible for a mutual and long-term customer relationship and the customer support during run-offs and training of customer staff. If need be you also will translate documents from English into Korean and prepare technical documents on customer request. After initial orientation you will ideally take over several key accounts and representative management task within our Japanese operations.

We expect candidates with a university degree either in electronic engineering, physics or laser technology or related technical experience gained in previous sales positions dealing with technical pretentious B2B products. The ideal candidate can contribute with additional knowledge in numeric control, robotics or sensor technology. Fluently in Korean and good English communication skills are mandatory. You have skills to deal with pretentious customers and you are flexible to adjust yourself to new and unexpected situations. We offer individual training for the specific demands of this position expecting candidates with former sales experiences only.
