Laser Hybrid Welding

For laser hybrid welding, adding a compact MSG torch to the YW50 welding head converts it into the YH50 hybrid welding head. Matching current sources with 400A or 600A amperage and wire feed systems are available for this torch. The MSG torch itself has x, y, and z directional adjustment in relation to the welding optics - and an effective cross jet for secure spatter protection. The integrable sensors can also be used in the LWM online welding process monitoring system in hybrid welding.
