Privacy Policy at Precitec

For Precitec it is a substantial criterion to handle personal data of its customers with responsibility. Therefore, customers and business partners can communicate personal data and such data which are important to order product information. Apart from the direct execution of the respective service, these data are also used to tailor the services and achievements offered by Precitec to suit the needs of the market. The data conveyed by the customer are collected and processed with Precitec and used for the purposes already specified. With a world-wide enterprise such as Precitec this can take place with other enterprises connected with Precitec at home and abroad.

According to § 33 BDSG it is pointed out to the customer that the data which are relevant for transactions with the customer are stored and/or transmitted for processing purposes in accordance with the applicable data privacy protection regulations. The customer / business partner agrees, however, that the details he has made in the context of the questionnaire are stored by Precitec and used in accordance with the above mentioned. Therefore, Precitec has the right to communicate the details which the customer/business partner has made in the context of a contract preparation to distributors connected to Precitec at home and abroad.
